scrub

scrub [-a] [-d] [-h]

Recursively removes OS metadata, editor artifacts, compiler output, and dev caches using fd.

  -a/--aggressive  Also removes node_modules, logs, .cache, IDE dirs,
                   AI session artifacts
  -d/--dry-run     Print what would be removed without deleting
