fzf-update

Installs or upgrades fzf from git HEAD into ~/.fzf. Pulls the latest changes if ~/.fzf already exists, or clones the repository if not.

Exit Status:


`0`	`fzf` installed or updated successfully
`Nonzero`	git or the `fzf` install script failed
